I stayed in there furnished apartment for little over a year. It was awesome there. I brought my daughter down to stay for about a month and she loved it. Linda and Vicki are two of the finest lady’s I have ever met. Be ready it sounds like I will be back this year. I’m bringing the whole family with me. Miss y’all. See ya soon.

I work in the solar industry and move around the country about every year. This is the finest place I have ever lived. The Continental Village is a top-notch community and they have earned my full-hearted endorsement. I'm proud to know Linda Kilgore and hope that anyone reading this review has the pleasure of meeting her and living in her fine establishment. I wrote a lot more in this review but went way over the character limit.

My husband and I needed a furnished apartment for the summer and Continental Village worked out perfectly for us! It was clean, quiet, secure, and very professionally managed. Linda and Vikki take great care of their tenants as well as the property. I especially enjoyed spending time in the gazebo. Continental Village is conveniently located close (but not too close!) to businesses, great restaurants, PJC, etc. We feel very fortunate to have found such a perfect home for the summer!

Having lived in a corporate then my own private apartment at Continental Village for over seven years, I can say it was a very comfortable place to live. The apartments are updated in a timely manner an air filters are routinely replaced. Linda and her crew make tenants feel at "home". There is often or always a waiting list for new tenants. The wait is worth it. I only moved out because I purchased my own home not far away and visit Linda and Continental Village a couple times per year.
